The food was absolutely amazing there.
Went to there with friend and we ordered sandwiches for lunch.
The tomato soup was the best tomato soup I ever had in Dallas.
It was great quality food.
Plus, the price is so reasonable.
I don't see any reasons of not coming back. -

Took my husband to Mirador for on a Friday evening for his birthday. We loved this place!
It's located on the top floor of a high-end department store setting. We made reservations, but it's probably not needed as it was pretty empty at opening (around 6 PM).
We loved the light, airy ambiance with all the large windows. We enjoyed surrounding views of Downtown Dallas (including the cantilevered pool that hangs over Main Street at the Joule Hotel!)
The food portions were on the smaller size, but they were tasty and felt like high-quality ingredients.
We also ordered two desserts -- the Lemon Pavlova (so unique! Would return just to eat this) and the Blueberry Tart (husband didn't leave a crumb). Our server was also kind enough make a small gesture to celebrate my husband's birthday; a very pleasant surprise.
Thanks for an enjoyable evening, Mirador! -

This restaurant is amazing! The food and view do not disappoint. We went on a Friday and it wasn't packed, so I'm not sure if reservations are needed.
We were able to get a table outside and we had a great view of downtown. This was the perfect spot to bring my family who was visiting Dallas.
It's a bit pricey but you're a paying for really good food, a good view and a beautiful ambience. I would definitely come back! Probably one of my favorite spots in Dallas. And you need to try the shrimp and grits! That was probably my favorite!
The service was super friendly as well.
If you are going after 6pm the entrance is a bit tricky. Make sure to get dropped off at elm street. You have to go in to the store to get into the elevator. -

I often visit downtown Dalla as a business, but this was my first time to use this restaurant. Great place to have business dinner or a dinner with your precious ones.
First of all, taste of dishes were so nice. Well balanced with salty and sweety. It's not normal American foods. I love so much. Volume of dishes were a little bit small. So for some Americans it would be not enough.
Second, atmosphere was great. The owner of this restaurant is the same as boutiques and "giant eye" sculpture. Interior and atmosphere were stylish and sophisticated.
Price is not cheap, but I think it is reasonable taking quality and atmosphere into consideration.
Location is complex and you might lose your way if you use google map. -

Came here for dinner the other night with some friends and was very pleasantly surprised! I had never heard of this restaurant and feel like it's a hidden gem in downtown. Located in a penthouse of a department store it feels very swanky! We arrived and went up the elevator to the top floor and immediately greeted by the hostess. All the food was EXCELLENT. I loved the ricotta toast, Swiss chard, pastas, and blueberry tart the most. We got several dishes and split them all. The only disappointment was the gnocchi-I was not a fan. Drinks were tasty-I got the margarita and everyone else equally loved their drinks. Server was attentive without being pushy and was very friendly. Felt like a luxurious dinner with fabulous ambience. Was not overly loud or crowded which I appreciate as so many restaurants in Dallas are so loud that you can't hear people speak. The only downside is valet is HARD to find-we struggled and ended up being late due to circling around numerous times. I would uber next time.
